Caroline Wozniacki Crashes Novak Djokovic’s Conference While Action Continues on Day 2 of Wimbledon!

Whoever said that the Wimbledon Championships were serious business? Well, the Women’s Number 1 player and the Men’s Number 2 quietly disagree with that notion.

And in a way that would crack up even the most serious of the ladies and their not so gentlemen.
As the current Number 2 in ATP rankings, Novak Djokovic was holding a press conference before he began his new challenge at the 2011 Wimbledon Championships.

Enter Caroline Wozniacki, the reigning queen of Women’s tennis. Posing as a report representing a newspaper on the Avenue Princess Grace in Monaco, she came in and straight away fired a slew of slightly uncomfortable questions at Djokovic.

Caroline asked Novak about his recent loss to Roger Federer at the French Open and how he would overcome his ‘one-match losing streak’, to which came a tongue in cheek response by the Serbian sensation.

As the two of them happen to be neighbors in the principality of Monaco, France, their camaraderie was a refreshing change from all business nature of proceedings at Wimbledon.

If you’re the one of many, who are looking for the Wimbledon 2011 live stream, then you might want to hurry up, as the Second day of the Championship is about to begin.

And who here believes that there is something going between the two tennis sensations? Well, at least I do.

Apart from that juicy gossip, there’s the small matter of the First Day matches at the 125th edition of Wimbledon to look at.

Well, to begin with, no major surprises, although a few players were made to toil hard for the wins by their unfancied opponents.

The defending Men’s champion, Rafael Nadal opened his defense in the typical Nadal mode or the cruise mode, for an easy victory over Michael Russell, so did Andy Murray. And Francesca Schiavone and Venus Williams made it through to the Second Round with easy victories.
